while Pupils were created by Teal to help them with various tasks, they are relatively independent and have lots of free time to themselves.some Pupils gravitate towards each other, occasionally forming pairs. When this happens, the two stay close and rarely leave each other's side, as if pulled by some unseen force.over time, they may split and find themselves paired with a different Pupil. this rarely causes conflict and is simply a way of life.
